First, remove the SIM card from the device and do not reinsert it. Then log out of your current iCloud account and create a new one. After you have registered iCloud, go to settings and set the system language - English: (Settings -> General -> Language & Region -> Preferred Languages -> English) Next, select the geo(country) we are going to get traffic: (Settings -> General -> Language & Region -> Region).

Next, we need to turn off geolocation services: (Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Location Services -> OFF) After that, we need to reset network settings: (Settings -> General -> Transfer or Reset Iphone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings).
