Project Rules and Community Guidelines
General Agreement
By participating in this project, using its tools, or joining its associated chats, you automatically agree to comply with the following rules and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Please be aware that these rules can be updated at any time. Your continued participation implies acceptance of any new or modified terms.
Core Policies
These are fundamental rules that are critical to the project's integrity and success.
Exclusivity of Work: To prevent conflicts of interest and ensure focus, members are strictly prohibited from working simultaneously for or with other projects in a similar field, especially within the cryptocurrency niche. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of your account and the forfeiture of all outstanding payments.
Confidentiality: Discussing the project's internal operations, tools, or strategies in a negative or neutral context in any external channels (public or private) is forbidden. Spreading information that could harm the project's reputation is not permitted.
Professional Conduct: All members are expected to interact respectfully with project staff and fellow community members. Harassment, insults, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Major Violations
The following actions are considered severe violations and will lead to immediate account termination:
Working with a Competing Project: As defined in the Core Policies.
Unsolicited Private Messaging: Contacting other project members via direct message to recruit, solicit, or for any other unapproved reason is strictly forbidden. Please report any such activity to the support team.
Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, whether on our project or on other platforms while using an identity associated with our project, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be banned until funds are returned to the affected parties.
Chat and Community Rules
To maintain a productive and focused environment, please adhere to the following:
No Advertising: Do not advertise, offer, or solicit any external services within the chat.
Stay On-Topic: Keep conversations relevant to the project. Off-topic discussions, such as politics, are not allowed and may result in removal from the chat.
No Begging: Asking other members for money or handouts is prohibited.
No Hate Speech: Insults based on nationality or any form of hate speech will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
General Etiquette: Please avoid disruptive behavior like the excessive use of CAPS LOCK or provoking conflicts.
Policy Regarding Competitors
Competitors and unapproved third parties are forbidden from using our products or joining our community channels. Any attempt to do so, or to analyze or reverse-engineer our software, will be considered a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in such cases.
Enforcement and Final Provisions
The project administration reserves the right to refuse or terminate cooperation with any user at our discretion, without needing to provide a reason.
Decisions regarding account suspensions or bans are made by the administration and are considered final and not subject to appeal.
Be cautious of potential scammers within the community channels. Do not lend or borrow money, and do not download suspicious files from other users. The administration is not responsible for conflicts between users.
